NOTICE

TO ALL UNIT OWNERS

RE: STORAGE UNITS

Unit owners are advised that it is essential to the health and safety of the community that storage units be properly maintained and that great care be taken as to items stored in these rooms.

Items prohibited:

1) Any amount of flammable liquids in any type container. [this includes,
but is not limited to]: Gasoline, kerosene, fuel oil, mineral spirits,
cleaning fluids, oil based paints, lacquers, varnishes, acetone,
non-beverage alcohol, lamp oil, propane, grill starter lighter fluid.

2) The storage of other combustible items such as oxygen or fireworks of any kind.

3) No food of any kind [for humans or pets] unless in sealed cans.

4) Old newspapers, rubbish and trash unless in covered metal containers.

In addition, all storage units should be kept in a neat and orderly condition.

Store room floors can get wet. This can happen due to condensation, drain backups, foundation leaks, A/C condensation overflow, sprinkler system testing, etc. Therefore, it is a good idea to use shelves or other devices to store valuables at least an inch off the floor.
