Up to two small domestic pets may be kept in each condo unit. For the purpose of the rules, the definition of Small Domestic Pets is restricted to domestic cats, dogs of approximately 25 pounds or less in weight, fish (with no restrictions in number in a table aquarium/bowl that does not exceed 20 gallons), and caged birds.
