Unit owners contemplating the leasing of their units should review both the HHCI Unit Owners Association Bylaws, Rules and Regulations (formerly Covenant Guidelines) as well as applicable HOA rules and regulations. Note in particular that a copy of the executed lease must be forwarded to the Condo Board at least 10 days in advance of occupancy by a lessee and that the Board is to be provided advance notice of lease continuation or lease renewal.
