LEASE OF CONDO UNITS
Unit owners contemplating the leasing of their units should review both
the HHCI Unit Owners Association Bylaws, Rules and Regulations (formerly
Covenant Guidelines) as well as applicable HOA rules and regulations. Note
in particular that a copy of the executed lease and suitable proof of age
must be given to the Condo Board at least 10 days in advance of occupancy
by a lessee and that the Board is to be provided advance notice of lease
continuation or lease renewal.
HERITAGE HUNT IS A FIFTY-FIVE AND OLDER COMMUNITY
- Heritage Hunt is a fifty-five and older community under provisions
of the Federal Housing for Older Persons Act, which requires that at least
one occupant in 80% of dwelling units be at least fifty-five years of age;
