REMINDERS
Elevator pads are available for move ins, move out, and furniture
delivery. Schedule their use, preferrably 72 hours in advance,
by notifying Ed Plummer at 703-743-1656 (9AM to 5PM) or by e-mailing eplummer@heritagehuntcondos.org.
At least once per year check your hot water heater, water-heater
closet and its space heater,
for proper operation and evidence of water leaks. See Tips
