POLICY RESOLUTION NO. 5

WINDOW TINTING

Relating to the use of tinting material on windows

WHEREAS, the Condo Board has previously approved an application for the installation of “Vista 33 Soft Horizon window film, and

WHEREAS, the Legal and Covenants committee has inspected the installation of said material and found it to be suitable for use in all units upon the election of each unit owner, and

WHEREAS, the Legal and Covenants committee has requested that the Condo Board add a provision to the Covenants Guidelines to accommodate the use of such tinting, and

WHEREAS, the Condo Board deems it appropriate to do so:

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Covenants Guidelines are hereby amended to add the following provision in Section IV – Miscellaneous Restrictions

            L – Window Tinting – Unit Owners may apply window tinting to any window or patio door  providing, a) it is professionally installed, b) is applied to the interior of the window or doors and c) is similar in appearance to Vista 33 Soft Horizons previously approved by the Condo Board.
