HHCI BUDGET & FINANCE COMMITTEE
MEETING
JULY 16, 2008 2 PM
The meeting convened at 2:10 PM in Unit A102. Present were George Field, Judith Wright, Ed Plummer, Kay Franklin, Warren Miller, Steve Verosko, Ed McEnroe and Ginny McCardle.
The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as circulated.
Warren Miller and Ed Plummer presented a draft budget in spreadsheet form extrapolated from first-half-2008 numbers and a $5 per month assessment increase. Warren Miller then led an item-by-item discussion of the numbers.
Ed McEnroe asked where the authority was for fuel surcharges on our various contracts as he could find no mention of the subject in his review of the landscaping contract. It was decided that Dan Harrison should be asked to look into this.
Committee meetings are routinely held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month in a member’s unit. The time and place for the next meeting will be posted on bulletin boards and circulated to the members.
The meeting adjourned at 3:51 PM.
