BUDGET & FINANCE COMMITTEE
MINUTES OF JANUARY 2, 2008, MEETING

Meeting opened at 2:00 PM in condo unit B210. In attendance were Gwen McCauley, Warren Miller, Ed Plummer, Judy Wright and Betty Licitra.

November minutes were read and approved.

As of this date, there are only three members on the B&F Committee: Judy Wright, George Field and Betty Licitra. Bill Goetz submitted his resignation last month.

November Financials

A check paid to Minkoff Company for $7,062.24 was for repairs incurred by water damage in unit B304. The board decided not to file a claim with our 2007 condo insurance because it would have affected the rate the condo got with Nationwide for 2008 very significantly.

Old Business

The results of the test showing water usage by both condos was disappointing. It showed that the meter in 13891 (Bldg "A") is under recording water usage.

The condos attempts to install water irrigation meters and thereby save on our water bills has met with repeated delays.

Change in meeting time and place. Future Budget & Finance meetings will be held in the condo in the afternoon.

Next scheduled meeting is on Feb. 20th, 2008, at 2:00 PM.

The meeting adjourned 3:15 PM.
