BUDGET & FINANCE COMMITTEE
MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 21, 2007, MEETING

Meeting opened at 7:30 PM at the Clubhouse Boardroom. In attendance were George Field, Bill Goetz, Gwen McCauley, Warren Miller, Ed Plummer, and Betty Licitra.

October minutes were read and approved.

Judy Wright resigned from the Budget and Finance Committee.

Old business

• Warren Miller reported that Check No. 79, dated 8/31/07, for $375.00 paid to Lasting Impressions was not for our Condo. This pointed out the need to check and make sure there is proper assignment of accounts and note the difference between "Condo I" and the other condo, "Condo II", at the entrance on Heritage Hunt Drive.

New Business

• Looking to the future, painting bids are being obtained. Ed Plummer has one from Zampiello Paint.
• Requested SCS to provide timely reports which will advise the board as to when contracts will expire, need to be renewed or cancelled.
• The budget and finance committee should submit a statement to the board listing membership requirement, choosing a chairman, term of office and duties.

Next scheduled meeting is on Dec. 19th, 2008.

The meeting adjourned 9:20 PM.
