Purpose
This website is intended to serve both residents and prospective buyers.
The goal is to be a primary source for information about our condominium
and to promote the general interest and enjoyment in the community, to ease
new resident move in, and to facilitate unit re-sales.
Heritage Hunt Condominium I
HH Condominium I is so named because it is the first condominium project
completed in the Heritage Hunt gated, 55 and older, active- senior community.
It consists of 2 three-story, elevator buildings with 37 luxury units, including
2 2700-sq-ft Hamptons, in building A and 39 units in building B. Under each
building is a 44-space garage with assigned spaces and a climate-controlled
vestibule for the elevator. The garage level also includes individual store
rooms for the condo units. The buildings are mirror images of each other
and are located on either side of Chelmsford Dr where it ends at a wooded
area, adjacent to the 2nd hole of the golf course.
The Heritage Hunt community opened in 1998 and has approximately 1863
homes. Condominium building A was built in 2004 and building B in 2002.
Condominium I unit owners are members of the Heritage Hunt Home Owners
Association as well as the HHCI Unit Owners Association and residents enjoy
all of the amenities described on HeritageHunt.com.
