GOVERNING DOCUMENTS

The Heritage Hunt Condominium I is part of the Heritage Hunt Golf & Country Club and, as such, is governed by the governing documents of both the Heritage Hunt Homeowners Association, Inc.(HHHOA), and those specific to the Heritage Hunt Condominium I Unit Owners Assocation (HHCI).

Every home or condo owner should have received a current set of each association's documents at settlement, as part of a sale or re-sale package. The respective re-sale packages and governing documents are available from the respective managing agents and online as follows:
